At Kafftan, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within India is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless otherwise specified during promotional periods.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and other reputed courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes within India. Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may coordinate directly with the courier company for re-delivery or arrange to collect the package from their local office where applicable.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Kafftan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs or government regulations
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Any unforeseen delays caused by courier partners or Kafftan manufacturing unit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping Availability
Kafftan ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Processing Time
International orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
International delivery generally takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Payment Terms
All international orders must be prepaid.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for international orders.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT/GST
- Tariffs
- Brokerage or clearance fees
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kafftan has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required by customs authorities. Failure to clear customs may result in delays, additional charges, or return of the shipment.
Refused Shipments
If an international order is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or failure to provide required documentation, any shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs penalties, and related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Kafftan shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
